Accomodation

Large airy wheel house with plenty of light and fitted with lovely woodwork and cabinetry including drinks cabinet and TV cupboard, the space also benefits from a rear door and side, helm door.  Comfortable leather trimmed seating in saloon area around a high/low coffee table, which has an additional dining table top.  In the helm area there is helm and mates seating for 4. Them helm has a vast array of navigation equipment and great visibility.

 

The well equipped galley – including dishwasher, washer/ dryer, oven, induction hob and extractor. microwave and Fridge – complete with two generous worktop areas is ideal for long stays aboard.

 

Master Stateroom with beautiful joinery and a large island bed, vanity unit and plenty of stowage makes a comfortable and roomy place to stay.  It also has a good sized en suite with generous shower stall.

Guest VIP cabin with island berth and plenty of space links to a jack and Jill en suite/dayheads with good sized shower stall. 

 

The third guest cabin has two single, cross over bunks, one of which lifts to give more space to accommodate a captains desk.

 

The outside cockpit space is vast and covered by a full hardtop with LED lighting and full canopy sides to enclose the space. It accommodates an large dining table to seat 8.

 

The flybridge is accessed via a lockable door and sliding hatch. Like the interior the flybridge is a more modern fit out than earlier models with updated mouldings, dash and comfortable seating.  Aft of the flybridge is a dinghy deck complete with stainless steel crane.

New stb side fuel tank sender installed and two new gauges as old ones had blown lamps.

Leaking shutoff fuel ball valve replaced

Non functional and unrepairable search light removed and replaced with new remote control LED unit

All LED running lights installed

Old perished rubber carpet underlay removed and replaced with new

New Fusion Bluetooth audio system installed and faulty aft deck speakers replaced

New induction hob installed to replace unit that became faulty

Water leak from forward head sink repaired. (Filter removed)

Microwave light replaced

Fridge light made operational

Carbon monoxide alarm fitted

New smart TV’s installed in saloon and aft cabin

Full engine service including impeller & belt change.

Fuel pressure issue on Stb engine resolved. (Missing O ring on pressure valve)

Poorly repaired exhaust flexible joint on port engine removed and replaced (welded into place) with correct stainless-steel coupling.

Both port and Stb exhaust systems re lagged and insulated.

Sea water leak on port engine cooling system repaired and corroded area cleaned and re painted

Seized main engine strainer tops released and resealed.

Generator fully serviced and cooling system heat exchanger replaced.

Disconnected port side engine room air vent (fixed in closed position) reconnected and wiring corrected for correct operation

Unmarked DC switches equipment identified

Upper helm ZF engine controls replace with new, as old units would not assign engine control.

Upper help auto pilot control head replaced.

Upper helm steering pump seal change to stop oil leak.

Non operational AC in forward cabin repaired. (Electrical connection fault)

New Webasto hot water heater unit installed to replace faulty unit. (Failing to fire and corroded through water pipe connections)

New hot water heating system header / expansion tank instated to replace old leaking tank.

All leaks on hot water tank repaired, new 4 bar pressure vale installed and new emersion heater as preventative measure.

Leaking fresh water pump repaired (poorly installed) and new 8Ltr accumulator tank fitted as an upgrade.

Complete foredeck repainted (Grey)

Deck wash pump repaired. (Faulty pressure switch and wiring issue)

All new mains indicator lamps installed in switch panel to replace old burnt-out lamps.

All flaking varnish from saloon windows removed and re varnished

New shore power cable installed 

New LED lighting added to saloon area.

Poorly functioning Raymarine VHF radio replaced with new ICOM Unit. Two new Shakespeare VHF Antennas fitted.

Brocken switch on saloon lighting panel repaired.

Broken and missing parts from shaft rope cutters replaced with new. Bent propeller blade on stern thruster straightened and re balanced. New antifoul

New anodes

Both thrusters serviced.

Shaft seals on both thrusters replaced

Non-operational Lights in aft stern gear area replaced

Gas struts on steps to engine room replaced

Damaged main anchor (60lbs) runner mechanism removed, straightened and re fitted and sealed

Anchor chain length markers re painted

Rope bitter end added to main anchor chain in case of emergency cut away needed

Anchor winch re painted

All eight forward hull windows resealed.

New cover for Bimini when not in use
