Iain has been on and around water most of his life, boating is in his genes. His many years of experience have given him handling skills for all styles of motor cruiser, in addition to narrowboats and wide beam barges. Through his love of boating, Iain became an RYA instructor, so that he could build boaters confidence on the water and increasing boater skill sets. Iain’s calm manner, enthusiasm and confidence from being on the water is evident. Since joining the Burton Waters team in October 2022, Iain has been able to augment what the Burton Waters Training Centre offers. With the introduction of guided flotillas, ladies days and the creation of the Burton Waters Cruising Club, Iain has already built quite a following here at Burton Waters Marina.
